Refund Eligibility

  • Refund requests submitted within 24 hours of initial activation are eligible for a full refund.
  • Refund requests submitted within 7 days of activation are eligible for a partial refund, subject to service usage, provisioning cost, and billing review.
  • After 7 days from activation, refunds are generally not available unless required under applicable law or approved by NeedRDP in exceptional service-related cases.

Non-Refundable Cases

  • Orders placed by mistake or without reviewing plan details.
  • Requests based on a change of mind after service delivery.
  • Requests related to lack of technical knowledge where support assistance is available.
  • Violation of our Terms of Service or Acceptable Use requirements.
  • Abuse, fraud, chargeback misuse, or policy violations.
  • Requests submitted after the 7-day eligibility period, except where otherwise required by law.

Failed Transactions

If a payment is deducted but the order is not successfully completed due to a failed or interrupted transaction, the amount is generally reversed by the bank or payment provider according to their processing timelines. If you do not receive the amount within the expected period, please contact our billing team with your payment reference.

Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the transaction. Once approved, refunds are generally initiated within 5 to 7 business days. Final credit timelines depend on the payment gateway, bank, card issuer, or UPI provider.

Cancellation Process

Customers may submit cancellation or refund requests through our billing email or support desk. Please include your order number, registered email address, reason for request, and any relevant supporting information.
