Are the prices on this page final?

Do you provide a GST invoice?

Yes. We provide a GST invoice for registered businesses. Please share your GSTIN at the time of checkout, or send it to our billing team right after the order, so the invoice can be issued in your business name with the correct input tax credit details.

What payment methods do you accept?

Payments are processed through our secure billing area, which supports common methods including UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and selected wallets. Available options are shown at the checkout step.

How long does setup take after payment?

In most cases, service details are delivered within 10 to 20 minutes after successful payment and order review. Orders flagged for billing verification or manual review may take longer.

Can I upgrade or change my plan later?

Yes. You can request a plan change from your client area or by contacting support. Upgrades are usually applied with prorated billing for the remaining cycle, subject to plan availability.

Will I get admin access on the desktop?

Yes. All business plans include full administrator access on your Windows desktop, allowing you to install approved applications and configure settings as needed for your work.

What happens when my plan expires?

You will receive renewal reminders before the cycle ends. If renewal is not completed by the due date, the service may be suspended in line with our Service Delivery Policy. Reach out to billing if you need a brief grace period.
